Top Nails exceeded all expectations!! They did a FABULOUS job on my daughter & me. If you are local to the area then you will probably remember Q Nails. Michael & Mimi ran Q Nails & they are hands down the best nail techs that I have EVER had. When that shop closed we were all sad to see Michael & Mimi go. I am BEYOND EXCITED to say that Michael & Mimi are back in Jasper & are working at Top Nails. They are the dream team of the nail world. They are a HUGE asset to this shop! I have been getting my nails done there since I moved to Jasper. They were great at first but since it’s under new management it has gone down. They have only one nail tech. I got my nails done last week and they started falling off the next few days after. Wish Tim would come back. Dip powder

I don’t normally complain about a business and i hate to write a bad review because this is literally the only nail salon I ever use! But today was the worst nail experience iv ever had the lady who started my nails glued the white tips so far up my nail that it’s almost touching my cuticles and the fake tip isn’t even touching the end of my nail because of it being so high up . ( I didn’t notice till after she started putting the powder on and me being someone who doesn’t like being rude said it was fine ♀️) and while gluing the nails she glued her finger to mine and roughly pulled them apart! Then I told her I wanted them short and she ended up cutting my finger with the scissors she was using to trim the tips. After all that a guy took over filing my nails and I could see when he looked at them that he knew she did a horrible job. He really did do his best to fix them but he had to do so muching filing that I had to tell him to leave them as they are cause my fingers were starting to sting really bad! …I absolutely love this place and have never had an issue with anyone who has done my nails but this lady definitely needs more practice or patience (I didn’t get her name but I wish I would have) ..I will still go back because the prices are fair and they are really nice but she will definitely not be touching my fingers again.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMe and my granddaughter went, we both got pedicures,manicures and she got acrylic nails. She liked them a lot! We have been trying to find a good salon to go to for a little bit now but we think we have finally found what we were looking for, we will definitely be returning!
