I’ve had a hard time in the past getting the fun blue color and cut I’ve always wanted with my natural dark curls, but Kristen beyond delivered on her promise to give me exactly what I deserve! She also gave my mom a new short cut, which looks fabulous! And gave my daughter a red underlay color with layers that is just perfect! Tried three times. Went to Justine. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted and my hair was long enough to totally accomplish. She did not make it like what I wanted at all. When I got home to finish blow drying I could clearly see it was uneven. I called and went back. Justine proceeded to butcher my hair more after all said and done I am back to length of six months ago, paid and tipped well yet, I had to go to someone else to even out the cut. I am a licensed hair stylist and let all others do their styling their own way. However, if I do my part as customer, have enough hair for what I want, bring a photo of front and back of cut, and don’t cross my legs in chair, I should walk away with way more than I did. Very, very unhappy.

From start to finish…wonderful! Had a terrible boxed-color experience from drugstore. Called them up and got in within an hour from when I made appt. Kristen Madonna listened to me and my thoughts on color and I listened to her and the highlights came out Beautiful! Exactly what I wanted! Really couldn’t ask for better. I have made my next appt before I left, which they recommended. Kristen is very attentive, friendly and professional. Like her a lot. Thank you.

As a vald guy I have zero need for a salon…BUT as a uncle and godfather(of a teen) I found a need for a place to set my niece up. This Christmas my niece wanted a day of beauty. Nicole and staff, have made this happen. With my knowledge of hair stuff, being zero, they were so ecstatic to help. My niece is my world and the enthusiasm/excitement the entire staff showed over, a gift card, makes me cinfident I’m the greatest uncle ever, by giving the gift of stylish hair to my niece.
