I have been to House of Beauty Queens to get my lashes and makeup done multiple times. I see Valerie, she is a perfectionist and always does a great job. She started doing my lashes a few months before my wedding to get me used to them and also build on the amount of lashes she put on me each time. She also did my makeup for my engagement photos, wedding and bridal photos. I loved my makeup every time and my engagement and wedding photos look amazing. I have small eyes and Val knew exactly how to do my eye makeup to make sure my eyes popped and looked big and open. I have also been there when Bonnie is there working on clients and I have only ever heard praises about her work. This is a female run business and they work very hard. I drive from Rowlett just to go here. They do great work.

This place shouldn’t even get a star. Wow! Just absolutely wow ! Worst service ever! Bonnie was in the studio after she left to “run errands” came back in. I called her while in the studio at 12:10pm after I received an email confirmation the day of for a 12:15 appointment. Bonnie said she would do what she could do but I would be 15 minutes short on my work. No thank you. I will never step foot in this establishment and will post this to all social media sites.
