Critical: QualityMy Massage was AMAZING!!!! I would go see her every time I need a massage. However……I had the Goddess Therapy session $175. I opted to pay more for the Full set of nails instead of just the manicure. Now granted I have shorter nails and I know that it makes it a bit more challenging. However….I had my nails done. She said she didn’t have her normal supplies so she had to use the gel builder she had there. When she was done she told me that they should likely hold but to let her know.First..when they were done they were lopsided and uneven. The gel didn’t cover the entire width of my nail nor the length. They were lumpy in places. Within 5 days I had 4 nails lifting off. By day 7…2 of the nails were completely off. I called and spoke to the owner who did my nails. She said they only guarantee their nails for 1 week. She told me that all she could do for me was a fill and that since my nails were short they were likely to come off anyways.Honestly, I used to get my nails done every month. With a color change halfway thru the month. I have NEVER had my nails come off within a week of getting them done. I am sad that this didn’t work out because now I have to go someplace else to get them done right.Like I said….I would do the massage anytime….but I will never get my nails done there again. My Massage was AMAZING!!!! I would go see her every time I need a massage. However……I had the Goddess Therapy session $175. I opted to pay more for the Full set of nails instead of just the manicure. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came to Helena for a family emergency, I realized that I was in serious need of a hair rescue. I have been working on correcting my hair for some time (another stylist ruined it like I never could have imagined, I’ve tried over and over to get it the color I wanted and it has never happened…and then I met Meagan and she did it on the first try. I cannot say enough great things about her. She went the extra mile and then some to fit me in and worked an absolute miracle on my hair. She brought my hair back to life giving it an incredibly look. I keep looking in the mirror and am so happy with how my hair looks, all thanks to Meagan! My family continues complementing it, so that’s always a good sign. I am so grateful for her and her talent and would highly recommend Meagan time and time again. She is so kind, genuine and has such a warm energy. How you treat people matters and you can tell Meagan genuinely cares for people and about his clients happiness. I came to Helena for a family emergency, I realized that I was in serious need of a hair rescue. I have been working on correcting my hair for some time (another stylist ruined it like I never could have imagined, I’ve tried over and over to get it the color I wanted and it has never happened…and then I met Meagan and she did it on the first try. I cannot say enough great things about her. She went the extra mile and then some to fit me in and worked an absolute miracle on my hair. She brought my hair back to life giving it an incredibly look. I keep looking in the mirror and am so happy with how my hair looks, all thanks to Meagan!
