I purchased a dress from the boutique and over payed for it. I was not told that the location and at purchase that I couldn’t return it if it didn’t fit. I went back with tags on the dress and they refused to return my money. Only in store credit which makes no sense of you are taking the item back to resell it anyway. Said it was listed on the receipt, which is was not when they reprinted me one since I wasn’t given one at the time of purchase. Super unprofessional in my opinion especially since I am a regular customer and buy clothing every season. I won’t be buying clothing here again and will also tell my friends and family to beware.

It was my first time to your Parker location this week and I have need been more impressed! I walked in and immediately I was greeted by this lovely, you lady. I’ am almost sure her name was Heather. She was so knowledgeable about all the lotions and every single bed. Not only did she take the time to explain them to me she also gave me a tour of each room and was able to explain the difference between them all and which one I would benefit from the most. As soon as she showed me how to use the bed I selected, once i was done, she cleaned it right away and was able to say goodbye to me. These girls are all so very sweet and all about their customers and its nice to go to a salon where you are not competing with the front desk and their cell phone for attention. I am so happy i switched tanning Salons and I will not be leaving.

I bought 19 Versa sessions…was NEVER told that they expire. Went in today for my 10th session and was told I didn’t have any sessions available, but if I “wanted to buy more” they would extend my remaining sessions…..RIP OFF!! What a scam!! Tanning

I’ve been tanning at the Parker Tan On The Boulevard for ~ 1.5 years. The rooms, beds, waiting area and bathrooms are always clean! The girls who work the front desk are always very friendly. One employee in particular stands out from the rest, her name is Ashley. She is an example of an employee that truly wants to make my experience each and every time a pleasant one. If there are any specials on sessions, lotions or clothing she always makes sure to notify me and if there is a new lotion that she thinks would work well with my skin tone she always explains the ingredients and offers me a sample to try. I am a microbiologist so I really appreciate her knowing the products and the differences in the ingredients. Additionally and more importantly, she is always very meticulous when I’ve watched her clean the bed between clients. Her overall attitude is cheerful, upbeat and friendly. Although she is young, her work ethics are superior. If I had my own business I would want someone like Ashley to greet my customers! I hope she is appreciated by the owners as young ladies such as her are few and far between. She is a keeper!

I am going on a cruise in 3 weeks and I want to get a good base tan before I leave because I don’t wanna be super pale like I am when I get on the ship. So I figured I’d give the tanning beds a try and decided to try Tan On The Boulevard. It was my first time ever using a tanning bed and the girls who work there are super friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. The place is very clean, and has so many tanning packages and lotions to choose from for reasonable prices. I will definitely be extending my month long membership here.

Love the environment in Tan on the Boulevard, I am very busy but whenever I need to get a quick tan in, I know I can go right in and get outstanding customer service. I love their beds and all of the lotions, not to mention cute clothes! Also make sure you sign up for emails because you will get amazing deals no where else can beat!

Super clean place, the girl that helped me get set up was very informative and answered all questions that I had. I used the Versa Spa and I did not have to wait or make an appointment, just walked in and got taken back right away. My tan turned out great and I can’t wait to go back!
