Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueGot my nails done on Monday, paid $75 for all my nails to be crooked and uneven. Came back Tuesday to have MINDY, who did my nails Monday, fix them and they still look crooked, I told her multiple times that they are still crooked and all she did was sand them down and replace one nail, I was angry I left. I came back later that night to have her remove them entirely and they said it was too late so come today.November 24th, Wednesday, my BIRTHDAY MIND YOU, had one of the rude managers tell me because I said they were fine the first two times I had to pay $15 to get them removed, talking about how the products aren’t free. Got my nails done on Monday, paid $75 for all my nails to be crooked and uneven. Came back Tuesday to have MINDY, who did my nails Monday, fix them and they still look crooked, I told her multiple times that they are still crooked and all she did was sand them down and replace one nail, I was angry I left. I came back later that night to have her remove them entirely and they said it was too late so come today.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAndrew was available and extremely fast. I came in with two lifted acrylics on my overlay and I bought a month of growth in which I had him shave down and reshape my nails. He did all of this within 30 minutes. And not only was he fast but he was amazingly accurate with what I wanted without much explanation. He was extremely kind and the customer service was impeccable. I will definitely be coming back and booking appointments in the future with Andrew. Thank you again!!!Andrew was available and extremely fast. Andrew was available and extremely fast. I came in with two lifted acrylics on my overlay and I bought a month of growth in which I had him shave down and reshape my nails. He did all of this within 30 minutes. And not only was he fast but he was amazingly accurate with what I wanted without much explanation.
