I asked for a shorter feminine haircut. Something more rounded and pointed. Nothing boxed and squared. I wanted the back to be less straight. I also didn’t want my sides to be boxed. I wanted more of a pixie cut with a shorter top. Instead I got a undercut which was a little disappointing, because I’m a transwoman who just happens to like shorter hair. So the masculine look was a little upsetting especially because I had to be on camera that day. Although it wasn’t the worst thing in the world. I know how I look. I can appear masculine so I can understand if there was some confusion, but even before I booked the appointment I made it clear I was trans and feminine presenting. All and all though the hair cut was still clean and professional, but was probably one of the more dysphoric moments of my life.

My boys wanted lines on the side and the girl that was cutting their hair was new and was not comfortable doing lines. So she suggested that another Stylist do it. But that girl was doing a color. I paid for the haircuts. We were told that the lines would only take a few minutes and that she would do it as soon as she got done putting foils in. I thought we were going to get in while her clients color was processing but she went over to another stylist’s client that had a color and washed her out. I’m not sure if she just forgot or what but we sat there for over 30 minutes and finally I just walked out. I will just take my boys to a barber.

Service was great! I fell asleep while she dried my hair. Prices however are way too high. Don’t know if I’ll be coming back. It’s a wash and blow dry over 30$ not styling just a blow dry so I wouldn’t freeze while walking home. Blowdry, Bang trim
