My son and I went here today. The staff couldn’t figure out how to check us in if we weren’t willing to give our phone number, so it took 15 minutes just to get started despite there being 3 stylists and no one in line.

Really great service. My son gets squirrelly with haircuts and it’s been over a year for him. The ladies there were awesome with him. We got haircuts at the same time, my son and the gal cutting his hair were just over there laughing and having a good time. The lady cutting my hair made a really good recommendation for my thinning hair. We will definitely go back!

Stylist was not good. He asked my 10yo to comb her own hair. Didn’t get it wet, didn’t part her hair properly and he just started cutting. I should have just done it myself. It’s crooked and not a professional cut. Oh and my 10yo was charged the same as a n adult that finished just before us. Definitely won’t be back. Haircut

My son and I have both had haircuts here before and they turn out ok for the most part. My biggest and really only complaint is that the women who work here are incredibly difficult to understand. It makes it very hard to ask questions and get the cut you want. I was told that your previous cut would be saved in the system so it would be easy to get the same look but that turned out not to be the case. I brought my son back only because I thought it’d be easy but it was not. We will definitely be finding a new place for haircuts.

They are usually quick to get you in even if you don’t schedule online. But it is available. They keep a record of the type of cut you got last time so for me that’s great! I don’t have to explain and remember what leanth etc. Very nice ladies and they are good at what they do. I got in and out in uncer 40 mins without an appointment but is was a SAT so plan or use the online scheduling. Great cut and very affordable.
