I called to make an app and she told me to hurry but they closed in 2 hrs the second I got in she was rushing me with bad attitude to get a color. She rushed on my nails and didn’t talk she cut me 4 times and I asked for white and she straight up told me no! I’ll never go back. Don’t fo!!! Worst service, worst nails, worst attitude, good price now I see why worst place ever hope they close down I’m only giving a star because it won’t let me post with none they are negative 5 stars

They make conversation (they do ask about marriage, occupation, maybe questions that others find personal) but I enjoy sharing and am glad they are interested. They are very sarcastic, and it might not be easily read at times, but they are funny and make the experience great. I watched them bleach the chairs/tubs between clients. I left a tip and they jokingly argued about who gets to give me a pedicure next. And lastly, their services are great. I love these guys. I went into Denison Nails for the first time in (probably) a couple of years. They remembered me from my past appointments. They make conversation (they do ask about marriage, occupation, maybe questions that others find personal) but I enjoy sharing and am glad they are interested. They are super kind and hilarious!! I kept laughing over the fact that she was trying to set me up with her son and I thought that was just funny. I loved how my pedicure and manicure were just how I wanted them. They made me happy during the time I was there. The commentary was nothing but amazing and they truly wanted to make me happy with my nails. I’m going to go back in a couple weeks to get them done again. #Amazing

Worst service ever! I walked into the door with my husband and asked for a full set of acrylics and pedicures for both of us. The lady looked at us and asked do you have money? I thought she was joking and I was completely shocked. I should have just turned and walked out, but we stayed. As I was getting my nails done, my husband sat in the chair next to me and the man made him move to the couch because he said my husband was going to break the chair because he was to big. My nails looked nothing of what a professional should do. Our pedicures were much to be desired. I pay the same price or less in different places and receive a better quality. The whole time they kept making comments of my husband breaking their equipment. Yes, he is a big guy he’s over 6 foot tall and around 250 pounds. But being professional is something that I think is very important!

Terrible experience!! They kept asking very personal questions: do you have money, are you married, how many kids, where you live, are you happily married, what do for job, even told us we were boring. I had French tips and they came off in two days (when I called lady told me that was normal), daughter had shellacked and that started bubbling next day and they left polish on our fingers. I called to complain and she just said ok, didn’t offer an apology at all. Not a clean environment. Boo!

Never again! 1pm appt for pedicure and daughter for acrylic, didn’t stay daughter for 45min after we got there!! Pedicure was not relaxing at all, didn’t remove caluses at all or clean up the nails!! Place is a joke!!!

They usually do a good job, this time, I felt they were rushing a bit, my left thumb nail was uneven. Other than that the lady is super nice and funny. I love her.
