Their training and experience (and on-site management/oversight) results in a high quality, consistent service. Secondly, they are very considerate of your time. I had 2 girls that could cut my hair and do a fantastic job . One went to CB other left to go on her own . Last 2 hair cuts have not been good . Didn’t notice till I got home she didn’t trime my eyebrows. And top of my head hair didn’t match the sides. Maybe if she didn’t have to stop every couple minutes to answer the phone I could have gotten a good haircut

The lady who cut my hair did exactly what I asked , but when I got home noticed she didn’t clean up my neck area from the long strands of hair. I had a bald clipped part in the line where my head was shaved. Will not be going back!! Not to mention had to go to another salon just to pay them just to fix where she missed. Nothing like paying for 2 haircuts in a week bc the 1st one was just wanting to be done w it!!
