The staff was friendly but I asked for 2-3 inches off my hair and she cut 7. SEVEN inches. I’ve had bad cuts before but no one has ever just chopped off half my hair without warning. I was in shock. I wish hairdressers would understand how much crying and upset a decision like that causes. Why would you not tell the client what you’re abut to do?

What an awesome place for men, women, and kids. Melinda and Nidal have taken this place to a new level! Not a bad stylist in the place. Katie, Sara, Tiffany to name a few are true artists in what they do. You won’t find a better salon for all your needs. 10 stars ! I would encourage people to book early when asking for these experts. A booked stylist is a good stylist!

My wedding photos were ruined by going to Entourage. Entourage was aware that my wedding started at 2pm and they gave me a schedule that had hair and makeup for myself and 4 other bridesmaids starting at 11am. I (having never been married before), did not know that would not be enough time. I was 30 minutes late to my own wedding due to this. Set that issue aside as timing was not a huge issue, the makeup was the worst. I asked for a natural look. I do not wear makeup ever, and did not want a huge change for my wedding. I was unable to see my makeup as they were putting it on as they had me sit between two mirrors. When it was finished, my face was caked and I hated what I looked like, yet sadly had no time to ask it to be fixed as I was already late. I decided to trust the artist that it would look better in photos, but after receiving my photos back today I simply sat and cried. The makeup made me look like a clown and added so much weight to the appearance of my face that I did not even look like me. I don’t even want to look at my photos the makeup was so bad. It hurts a lot to know that one of the most important days of my life was ruined because the makeup artist was more concerned with her style than what I asked for. This is my second bad experience out of the two visits I have made to Entourage and I will not go back.

The front desk staff is really nice and polite, offered me water and coffee, took my coat. Even when making my appointment they were really polite, and didn’t give me to just any stylist. They recommended someone based on my hair and needs. Tera cut my hair and she is just amazing. She fully understood what I wanted, and gave me an awesome cut. She is very kind and warm, made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. This was my first hair cut in a really long time so I was definitely nervous, but really glad I came here. Such a clean place and for what I received I was surprised I was charged so little. Will continue to book with Tera. Couldn’t be happier.Definitely felt at home the minute I walked in.
