Critical: PunctualityToday I contact the nail shop at 10:30am to makeappointment for a fill and pedicure. I went in at 3:30,as I was scheduled. I waited 30 minutes and finallysomeone helped me. I didn’t make a fuss about it. As iwatched the lady who was working on my nails , shestopped to go help 2 other customers. She went backand forth between others for about 2 hours. Then shepolished my nails and stated she would the designafter my pedicure. I said no problem. The lady whoworked on my pedicure, did not file my toe nailscorrectly. I did it myself. I didn’t get upset, I stayedcalm and collective. I waited two more hours for mynail lady to finish with another customer. The ladystated it was my fault that she had taken 5 hours, Idon’t see how its my fault when you did not keep yourappointment to me. This is the reason why we”customers ” make appointments. She then worked onmy nails and left them looking like speed bumps. Thenail rep also informed me that I was picky because Itold her my nails had black holes in the nail polish,mind you the polish was white. This usually happenswhen there’s lint or the polish is too thick.. I was overcharged. 85 dollars, for what I don’t know. I left with nodesign, my nails look horrible, I’ve waisted my entireday.. I had to come home to try and fix them myself.
