Not a bad place, but don’t waste time “scheduling an appointment”. There’s not list, there’s no appointments. It just first come first serve. “Scheduling an appointment” does not guarantee you a spot for a haircut at that time. So I’m not sure why that is a feature of Super Cuts? Just say it’s first come first serve and get rid of the appointment thing instead of leading people on? Haircuts have been ok. Not super great with Asian hair types unless it’s just a straight cut.

Cathy gave me a great haircut. A beautician from a different company had not given me a good cut. But Cathy saw what needed to be fixed and now I feel and look like my previous self! Plus, she surprised me with using a wet, warm towel to clean the hairs off of my neck. A practice only offered by Supercuts! Thanks! Haircut

Called on a Fri afternoon to see if they had any last minute spots available for my son to get a trim. She told me to make my way to the store and they would fit my son in. We got there, my son was taken immediately and was done and out the door in about 10 minutes. The lady that cut my son’s hair was so nice and very sociable with my son and I. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I went to this location for a walk-in haircut today. There were two stylists working and no one else in the salon. The girls weren’t rude to me directly, but they made no attempt to hide the fact that they simply did not want to be there. They didn’t even smile when I walked in and they only spoke to each other during my haircut. I said I wanted a trim— 2 or 3 inches off because I wanted to keep my hair long. The stylist did not offer me a wash (even after I commented on my hair being dirty) and given her lack of enthusiasm, I didn’t want to ask. She used an electric razor because it would “make the ends more blunt”. Given that my hair was bone dry and frizzy, I have no clue why she thought that would turn out well. She told me this after she’d already buzzed off a chunk, so I didn’t really have the chance to question it. Before today, my hair stretched to the middle of my back. It is now resting just below my collar bones. I’d estimate she took off at least four inches. I washed my hair when I got home and had to touch up some stray long pieces she missed myself. I’ll also add that the cut cost $17.95 before a tip. $17.95 for her to brush my hair and cut it with an electric razor without clipping it into sections or anything. There are plenty of walk-in salons that charge less and do a better job. Don’t waste your time here.

If you want someone who doesn’t listen to the way you explain how you need your hair cut because you know your own hair. The proceeds to be incredible rude to you and does your hair how she wants go to Cathy! She was incredibly rude to my boyfriend who’s hair she was doing. She did not listen to anything he said about his hair and argued with him on the way he wanted his hair cut. She was really unprofessional and cut my boyfriends hair about 2 inches shorter then he had explained and that the pictures had shown. Because of her we are never coming back.

Will never return. I did online check in at 140PM and requested Cathy. My appt estimate was 2pm- arrived at 2pm and was told there were 3 people scheduled before me for the same stylist- they had not arrived yet- was told if they arrived before Cathy was done with her current customer I would have to wait- they apparently arrived and at 215 I was told I would have to wait another 30 minutes. Not sure why I was given an estimate appt for 20 minutes when 3 people were already scheduled. Not saying this is anyone’s fault at the salon, but my time is valuable and if my haircut time was scheduled at 245 I wouldn’t be complaining. Don’t waste my time!

Called salon spare of the moment for my daughter to get her hair colored told her what I wanted color wise , we had done in the past, needed before first day of school. They said yes we do it , would not quote me a price over the phone nor when we got there, she pulled out a few samples of basics said they can’t do the color we wanted they just do basics but yet couldn’t tell me that over the phone when I asked and she said yes definitely? So we just went with what they had couldn’t disappoint my daughter. This is a discounted quick cut salon I should of known it wasn’t going to end well. Took her 3.5 hours to Throw color over her head. She had dye on her face, ears , neck, cheek And her scalp was fuchsia pink!

If I could rate lower I would. I went in about 1 month ago. A woman with blue hair took me back. I ask for long layers and she assured me she could do this. I felt something was off immediately. The way she combed my hair was off. She kept getting it tangled but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She then starts cutting, a lot! I see confusion on her face and she says “I’m just going to get someone to help me blend this better”. Oh no!! Another woman comes over and looks distressed. She doesn’t touch the right side of my head (the side the other lady severed). She does exactly what I wanted to the left side of my head. Then fans my hair to the front trying to compliment the really messed up right side which is terribly uneven and noticeable. Saying “your lucky you have a natural curl here it lays very nice”. Its been one month and all I feel comfortable doing with this almost half mullet is putting it in a ponytail, which is sometimes not even possible because the right side slips out. I will be getting this fixed when I feel it’s grown out enough, but not at super cuts. Never again! If they would allow someone who needs experience to expiriment on my hair, I no longer trust anything they do here.
