I went in on a Wednesday afternoon for a gel over acrylic manicure. Walking in there was only one woman being worked on in the cramped, warm corner shop. No one greeted me upon entering and I sat there for approximately 5 minutes before I was addressed. They had a vast selection of gel, dip and acrylic nail colors, HOWEVER… When the “nail tech” asked me what color I wanted I told her I’d like her opinion on a design that I wanted to show her. She immediately was taken aback and started that she “didn’t do designs”, “didn’t know how to do designs”, that they were “too busy for a design” and that I should “make an appointment if I want a design”. I have never heard of a nail salon not being able to do what they are there to do! I’m from St. Louis, so maybe this is Boston thing? Also, she never did a manicure, she (very roughly) removed my gel polish, cut my nail length and re-painted them. My cuticles are dying! Overall, that was the first and LAST time I go there. Horrible, save your $45… Yep $45.

I went to this places because it was close to my house but I definitely regret it. First I ask for a full set gel nothing to fancy I just want to get a nice set. As I’m getting my feet done first this lady comes and just start putting on the acrylics and they look all bulky and crooked. I told her that I didn’t like it and her response was. Once they begin to shape it, it won’t look like that. Never again I don’t recommend I did my nails Saturday it’s Monday and I just didn’t like it. Oh and I had a guy he had a little attitude for no reason

The place is small, very clean and organized. Had a pedicure which was relaxing and had a nice massage on my legs and feet. However, I didn’t Ike the results of the pedicure-did not like how my nails were painted. In addition, I was charged a $2 fee for paying with my card. I was not notified until I gave my card for payment. Nor is this inormation posted for customers to be aware. I will not be going here again.

~Damaged my nails, caused pain~ I went in about 2 weeks ago looking for a gel mani/pedi. I had gel on my toenails so they started by removing gel. An older gentleman used a drill machine for the removal and filed/buffed my nails down to a painful level. I tried to let a few workers there know but everyone seemed essentially unbothered. Blood pooled under 2 of the nails. I have been taking care of my nails myself carefully since then, while it grows out. I wasn’t going to post anything but I don’t want this happening to anyone else. Look somewhere else.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe guy that works there is very rude, and have no customer service whatsoever! During my pedicure he was digging into my skin almost causing me to bleed. When I made him aware, he acted like he didn’t care. During my manicure, I asked if he could turn the fan on my toes to help dry it faster, he said “you don’t know how to turn a fan on?” He rushed through my manicure, and left nail polish all over my skin. A man named Henry did my nails here for 2 years. He no longer works here. He was very good. However, the customer service could have been a whole lot better. Impolite and rude to customers daily, depending on his mood. Not good for business. Acrylic nails
