SHE’S VERY RUDE. Do not come here. I seen she was available and had an hour before she closed so I asked her if she was available to do a full set. She looked at the clock, looked at me, rolled her eyes and sighed really loud saying “I guess, you have 1 hour”. I sat down, she seen I had nail polish on & for mad, gave me a dirty look and said “ewww what is that?” I responded. Then in the process of her taking my nail polish off, she kept stopped, looking at me above her glasses, give me a dirty look and then would roll her eyes. By the second finger, I pulled my hand from her and asked her, “Do you even want to do this, cause you keep giving me dirty looks and honestly I’m kind of uncomfortable.” She gives me a dirty look again and says “yeah I don’t know if I can do nails for people like you.” I WAS SO SHOCKED. I said, “No thank you for your services, I’ve never been treated so poorly.” AND SHE RESPONDS, “OH WELL.”

I spent the entire day trying to get a pedicure, literally 7 or places by this point, the last told me to come back in an hour and when I did she snapped at me and said they were busy, which I can understand, but I was polite the entire time and there was no reason for her to be rude to me. I was also frustrated but I didn’t take it out on her. Disappointing.

Had a full set of nails put on on Saturday December 17th.. the nail tech barely put any acrylic over the nails so I asked her to make them thicker like normal, she charged me $10 more for that. Today is the 19th of December literally 2 days later and 2 nails have already broken in half. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Manicure

Had a appointment for my daughter’s wedding that day. My appointment I had previous to my nail appointment ran over alittle & I contacted her to let her. I got there & there and there was ONLY 2 NAIL TECHS THERE. NOT a room full of them. I was told rudly by the nail tech & the busy body she was working on. I completely get it if she can’t fit me in I was ok with that but she didn’t have to be so RUDE & THE BUSY BODY she was working on it was none if her CONCERNS. I was cool & collective & left.

Positive: Quality, ValueI called literally everywhere around town ans count get an appointment anywhere we called in the morning and was able to get an appointment at 4. Was told they were a little behind and so since we were at the mall checked out bath and bodyworks got back chose our colors and was able to get cute gel pedicures! I called literally everywhere around town ans count get an appointment anywhere we called in the morning and was able to get an appointment at 4. Was told they were a little behind and so since we were at the mall checked out bath and bodyworks got back chose our colors and was able to get cute gel pedicures! I appreciate being fit in for a same day appointment as I know they were very busy and these ladies work very hard.

She was very lovely, friendly and very helpful with guiding me in witch way my nails would look best. Best price around for a nice full set that isn’t just one color. Definitely my go to place. Only place I’ve been where you can get beautiful nails without costing an arm and a leg and still not getting what you ask. Definitely will be coming back!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy little sister who’s 16 got her nails done here, only her semiconductors time ever getting acrylic done, they could tell and scammed her terribly. The nails were EXTREMELY thin, like they used maybe one tiny tiny layer of acrylic and they started brawling after like five days. They charged her 70$ so I took her back to talk to them and they would not fix them without another charge. The lady was extremely rude and said she charged that much cuz the set took over an hour… either way lady, acrylics shouldn’t be breaking off after five days from putting your shoes on. My little sister who’s 16 got her nails done here, only her semiconductors time ever getting acrylic done, they could tell and scammed her terribly. The nails were EXTREMELY thin, like they used maybe one tiny tiny layer of acrylic and they started brawling after like five days. I wanted my nails done for my wedding. She said that she could do the picture that I showed her. When it got to be time for writing the word “love” on one of my nails, she said that she couldn’t do that so she got a bunch of stickers out. I begrudgingly picked a couple. She ended up getting the stickers all messed up. Like layered them when the first one didn’t work, and got a bunch of the other stickers on the edges and it was a mess. Not only was it not what I wanted, but it was completely messed up. Instead of telling me that she couldn’t do it from the beginning, she left me a mess for my wedding nails. I had to go to another shop to get them fixed.
