I had my haircut by Tyler yesterday as an experienced hairdresser for 35+ years I figured I would share a little of my experience at Supercuts. Tyler was very pleasant, but very much in a hurry. She has no clue how to cut curly hair, and the shampoo was the most terrible shampoo I have ever had can’t even believe I had to pay for it. It was so bad , she never even touched my scalp. All she did was wash the ends of my hair, complained about the water temperature and it was over. I think it took her maybe two minutes! of course I know that this is the experience that no person wants to have at a hair salon you expect them to be professionals they should shampoo hair like a professional! The haircut was ok but noticeable Uneven! Maybe Supercuts should give classes to their new employees, so that the customers are having a better experience seeing their paying for your professional service’s.

Took my 8 year old son here for a hair cut. I checked in online ahead of time to reserve my spot. The stylist did a great job. My son enjoyed his experience and loves his haircut. He really enjoyed the warm towel after his cut. We will definitely be returning in the future.
