Trying to find a salon that works with your hair type is hard. Finding one that actually knows what they are doing to your hair is hard. Finding one that will actually consult you before attempting anything to your head in my area is rare, which is why I love this salon. The stylist at Structure really do take their time and answer questions you my have or even just guide you to what’s best. New location is beautiful!

LOVE this place. I go to Mindy and I appreciate her patience and care with my hair. She’s been able to give me a pixie cut to regular trims. I’ve never been more consistent with a place. Highly recommend.

Wendy was absolutely terrible. Sent her pictures of my hair and the hair look I wanted and she told me she could do it. Went into the salon showed her a picture that was less blonde so less work and she told me she could do it. 2 and a half hours in she told me she could not do the look that I have to pay her $150 now and come back in A MONTH and pay AGAIN. As a hair stylist it is her job to tell me if the look can be done or not. If I knew it was going to take me two months to get the look I wanted I would’ve just asked for a haircut. Then she proceeded to leave my hair longer and to start dyeing which is a waste because she was going to cut that hair! All a waste of time. Then when I told her I did not expect to be here more than 2 and a half hours and I had to go pick up my two year old daughter from daycare because I am a single mom and that id come back tomorrow. she told me to come back today completely ignoring what I had just said to her so being kind I asked her what time does she close and she proceeded to tell me she was not going to stay 9pm/10pm for me. Being rude and disrespectful for no reason. I never asked her to stay. It was completely random. And not only all of this but she bleached my hair to high up it was a complete mess. I tried to call many times to speak to the owner Mindy and no answer. I paid $80 for this company to ruin my hair. And I will never go back again. This is not how you run a business and it is very sad because I researched 20 + places and decided to go with this one because of the reviews. I did not expect to have such a terrible service. Dealing with peoples hair is very sentimental and they do not care for you or their service. I should’ve been fully refunded since they only cut off two inches and now I have spots of blondes in my hair. Absolutely horrible. Don’t risk going here. Do not bother calling either because they ignore calls all day. Called them first thing in the morning no answer while I was doing my hair they ignored o many phone calls. So unprofessional.
