This is the second negative experience we have had with this particular great clips. My son signed in online at 6:15pm and they close at 7. The sign-in is supposed to be good for an hour. We arrived for a quick 5 minute buzz cut at 6:50 and the guy shut off the open sign and locked the door right in our face. It was terrible customer service, especially after we explained that we had driven half an hour to get there! Do yourselves a favor and choose a different Great Clips if you want a hair dresser that gives a darn about you.
