Before i begin, I am not from this state. With that I’ve gotten my nails done at a lot of different salons & I have to say this place needs to work on customer service. The older woman who did my pedicure did a great job; however, the owner was really rude in the beginning. After i was done getting my pedi I was told that i cannot get a mani. I asked if they offered SNS & she lied saying she doesn’t although it’s written on the podium, when you walk in. I came in at 630pm & didn’t get served until a half hour later. When i walked in and told her what I wanted, she—the owner said they could do it. Again, they do a great job but take your hard earned. At the end of the visit they did both mani and pedi.

Had manicure. Got to car and 2 nails had polish smeared. Couldnt have been dried when tech said they were. Went back in to have fixed and when i left smeared again. Had spent enough time and didnt bother a 3rd time. Waste of money and time! Manicure

waited a half hour with an appointment, while waiting someone came in to have their nails fixed. mine & my friends nails did not come out how we asked. went back to have them fixed waited another half hour and someone else was coming in to get theirs fixed as well.

They did an amazing job. My nails look terrific. I didn’t feel like they rushed me in/out. Kim took the time to do it right and made sure I was happy.They were busy so it was a bit of a wait, but they told me it would be. No surprises

Went to this place awhile ago. You do not have one person work on your nails straight through. They started my nails, then went to do work on someone else, came back to me, and back to the other person. I was there over 2 hours and I was fit to be tied! They operate like a doctors office; over booking and making you wait long periods of time. I would NEVER return to this salon.

I’ve been coming to see Anna for years! She does an amazing job! Often busy & open Sundays (which is rare for a nail salon)… Call ahead or make an appointment to shorten your wait time.

Woman greeting was rude. The “manicurist” shaped my nails wrong. I wouldn’t allow her to continue and I STILL had to pay for it. I figured I would give them a second chance because they messed up a pedicure but that was my mistake. Had to rate them 1 star to be able to make a comment but even that is being generous.
