Brand new nail salon in Roswell with a large range of services. I stopped in and received a deluxe pedicure and a UV Gel Set. They were quick and skilled. The owner Meling is kind and accommodating and signed me up for a free loyalty program that sends me discounts. The design of this space is fresh, clean, stylish and relaxing. I Strongly recommend!

My daughter and I recently tried this new nail salon, and initially were very impressed! It’s a beautiful salon, clean and new and the staff was very nice. The first turn-off was multiple staff members speaking to each other in another language. When all clients in the salon are English speaking, I feel it’s inappropriate for the staff to communicate aloud in a foreign language. I know this happens at many nail salons, yet I still feel that it’s inappropriate.

Let me share that the salon opened spring 2022 and I was was of the first 10 patrons in the door. Beautiful and clean environment and a friendly and courteous staff. Vanessa was the first technician that did my nails and I stuck with her only going on the days that she was there. She understood my natural nails which are, thick, long, with a curved nail bed. Wonderful service and great artistry. I took a break for a few months to give my nails a break from the SNS. I went today because she had changed her schedule but she wasn’t there today, I needed to go ahead with the service because of a two day work event this week. I showed a picture of what I wanted but was told I couldn’t get the look with SNS, my nail hates gel so I went with no design to stay with SNS. During the service no one was friendly, I asked that it be done thinly due to my own nail thickness and that the french tip line up with my natural tip. $71 later it is too thick and doesn’t line up with my tip. Vanessa is the best in the area but I don’t know if I will go back again. It’s a lot to pay and not be at all happy with the service or the end results.

DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS TIME EQUALLY!! walked in the same time as another, requested the same services, and left 1 hour after the other patron.. If you’re lucky enough to have your time valued, they do a good job but if not you are looking at a 3 hour appointment minimum. Very disappointing and will not return Spa services
