WORSE HAIR EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. We purchased a Groupon for a keratin/botox treatment and attempted to make an appointment with Melanie, owner, through text. I had many questions regarding the process, extra charges, etc. which would be incurred and what the the charges covered. When we agreed on the date of service, I requested a time. At that point Melanie cut off all communication. She NEVER responded about the time. I apologized to her, through text for any miscommunication, assuming I may have offended her. It was quite an unprofessional way to treat a perspective client, but after the ‘no response’ to the time request, I realized that she shut down the correspondence when I told her the treatment was for a biracial client.!!
