Went in for a Detox Facial and was scheduled with Dawn. IT WAS THE BEST FACIAL I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. It was like I had been going to her for years. She took the time to actually analyze my skin and address my problem areas, making me feel comfortable in her knowledge of process. I genuinely felt like I paid for a service at the Four Seasons. The products were top notch, and the whole facial was relaxing, invigorating, and thorough. I can not recommend her enough, MY SKIN LOOKS GREAT! I will be back

I was charged for an appointment I had canceled. The receptionist tried to say I received a text but later said she was mistaken. Then she tried to charge me for a current service stating I had no credits. I showed her on my bank statement where I was charged for the service. She saw the charge and said she had to change it in the computer. The Manager was also there. I canceled my membership. Terrible customer service and accounting.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality3 strikes and you’re out . Had a sub par massage about 5 months ago and then a couple great facials and then a sub par facial. There is no consistency with this place . You get the therapist that you like and they go and leave! And now after having made a couple’s massage over a month ago that we took off early from work for on the 29th – I get a call that they don’t have enough therapists for a couples massage and have to cancel us ! Unbelievable. Never again will I go there with my hard earned money and valuable time . What a waste!3 strikes and you’re out . My wife and myself had massages at the Medford location today. My wife also goes to the Delran location. My wife said she liked her therapist from the Delran but absolutely loved her Himalayan Salt Stone Massage given by Paula! It was relaxing and enjoyable and left feeling great! I also had a great massage by Luke! I joined today because of the fine massage by Luke! Also Caroline at the front desk was very helpful in signing me up to join with my wife for monthly massages. We look forward to our next visit with Paula and Luke!
