Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWow, I wish I had a before picture but my hair was so bad, I hated taking pictures with it down &straight . Taylor brought my hair back to life. I seriously haven’t felt myself like this since highschool, and my hair feels so alive and healthy. I am so so happy I chose to come here. My hair turned out soo much better than I could have ever imagined, she had her work cut out for her. &I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much Taylor!! I will 10000% be back <3 If you're thinking about getting your hair done here, DO IT!! ❤ I wish I had a before picture so you could see the drastic change! Wow, I wish I had a before picture but my hair was so bad, I hated taking pictures with it down &straight . Taylor brought my hair back to life. I seriously haven’t felt myself like this since highschool, and my hair feels so alive and healthy. I am so so happy I chose to come here. I lost my hairdresser to a move 3 years ago and vowed to never move on to my own detriment, and began to do my own. Never again . Taylor was , somehow, not only see me , but work 3 hours on my hair for an amazing outcome. I am so pleased. The atmosphere was so millennial parent friendly and will be bringing both of my children , including myself in for the foreseeable future. I called In Style Salon on a whim the day before my wedding with a color correction emergency. I lost my hairdresser to a move 3 years ago and vowed to never move on to my own detriment, and began to do my own. Never again . Taylor was , somehow, not only see me , but work 3 hours on my hair for an amazing outcome. I am so pleased. The atmosphere was so millennial parent friendly and will be bringing both of my children , including myself in for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend this place .

Critical: ProfessionalismGuys, I’m disappointed. I really loved coming here and all of the good reviews on here are accurate, but I have never been given such poor service in my life at a salon. I don’t even write reviews!! Haha anyways…other people reading this, the talent is there. They are great but the way the handled my misunderstanding on their policies was poor, granted I was irritated and I called out why. I will not name anyone off, I am not leaving that type of review. But if they had simply explained to me the policy when I called out that I had an appointment at 2PM and the haircutter got with me at 2:36, they would’ve kept a good customer and you guys know I was. I even still got the hair cut. It was good and I tipped $20…A way of saying I forgive you but adios.
