Went in about 4-5 years back at their old location and got my brows threaded, which was fine. It was an early 2010s white girl eyebrow, and it took time to grow out. I probably wasn’t direct enough, fine that’s on me. Anyway I wasn’t a fan and decided I would handle any brow maintenance myself or elsewhere in the future. My biggest issue with them is that I’ve been contact two or three times via text about appointment reminders that I’ve never booked. I don’t know if it’s a marketing scam, but it makes me want to use them even less. I’ve moved three times since then, and didn’t have a great experience with them the first time. It was scheduled 4 weeks ago, at 12/30/19 when I was sick and and had taken a few days off of work to handle it. I have a spam folder for unknown numbers in my messages and this could’ve easily been forgotten there. I don’t know if they have my card information, but I would be incredibly disappointed if I was charged a no show fee for this. They canceled the appointment, but what’s saying I won’t be booked for another phony appointment?

Best location for eyebrow threading. Been seeing Ms. Sajida for years. She is always friendly and has great customer service. If you are a recurring client every 2/3 weeks price is $12. You cannot beat this price or service!

Love Zahra’s. We get our eye brows threaded there. Staff is always polite/sweet and proffesional. Atmosphere is nice & relaxing. They have the best shape technique! I love getting threaded. Its so beautiful! Zahra is a strong independent business owner that really cares about her clients and employees. She makes a personal connection with clients and likes to know your opinion and also shares knowledge about certain things. I have been going there originally since 07 & now back to regular appointments. I highly recommend visiting!!

I think I found my new home for my eyebrows! Excellent service! She did my eyebrows in 10-15 minutes. Super quick compared to other places that I’ve been. $15 for eyebrows.

Run away from this place!! I had stopped going to SBZ for almost half a year but I got some free services and enjoyed the person that was helping me. So I thought, why not try one more time for eyebrows with her? Big mistake. They destroyed my eyebrows and I don’t wear makeup so now I have to fill it in. I specfically told the lady what to do and how to do it!!!! I have to wait another two+ months to grow them out. I will never come here ever again!!!! Please stay far away especially if you have thick brows!!!!!!!
