Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueAbout 2 years ago I had box dyed my natural blonde hair black and when I realized how bad my roots would grow out I went to my old salon to get the black out and try for blonde again. I went in for many many sessions in hopes of being blonde again but I would pay lots of money and never see a difference in the lightness of my hair. I was shocked when I noticed my friend who has naturally obvious brown hair went and got her hair done at statements and came out with icy white hair in one day. I obviously asked her where she went and she stated that she went to statements the salon and I HAD to go. I set up an appointment with anybody on Valentine’s day of 2020 for a full highlight. When my boyfriend and I got there I was greeted by a woman named Izebella (not sure how to spell it but it sounds cooler then Isabella) when she took me back and I explained what my goal was she asked me if I would like to do babylights or a highlight. I had never heard of babylights before and she explained what it was and the pricing on it. My boyfriend who was paying gave me the okay to do them and let me tell you.. I was absolutely thrilled when I saw the outcome. My hair was completely ice white, something my other salon couldn’t achieve especially in only one session. Yesterday was my birthday and I had called a few days ahead to book an appointment with Izebella. I wanted to mention that I had got impulsive and box dyed part of my hair again and the front desk suggested I come in for a consultation to make sure my hair was still healthy enough and would lift with my highlights. They were so accommodating and worked around my crazy work schedule. I was afraid If I waited too long for my consolation that I wouldn’t be able to get an appointment with her on my actual birthday, but they scheduled both of my appointments so that if my hair was healthy I would be sure to have my hair beautiful for that night. I went in for a full set of highlights today with box dye from November, and haven’t cut my hair in over a year and she still managed to get my highlights icy white. A lot of reviews talk about how there paying for a certain level stylist but then people who go to school there wash your hair, but honestly I couldn’t care less because it is a simple wash and tone from them. I ended up getting washed by the same girl that washed my hair the first time over a year ago and I could honestly tell a big difference in her confidence and her growth from being there. She could even tell what my stylist had mixed up from her just from the smell of it. I have severe back and neck pain all the time and she massaged my head and neck which made me able to move my neck without any type of pain for the rest of my service.
