She did a very thorough consultation getting all my past medical history and procedures, explained what products she would be using and how she would administer treatment. She told me the costs up front, her technique was flawless and so gentle. Her & her assistant were so very sweet & caring. There were no hidden costs. After the procedure I had asked for skin care advice so she suggested a new skin care routine/products. I have struggled with my skin since having my last child. After the very first use of these products I knew I had finally found the doctor I had been looking for! Meeting Dr. Ruby has been life changing! She did a very thorough consultation getting all my past medical history and procedures, explained what products she would be using and how she would administer treatment. She took the time to talk me through multiple courses of action for my acne and explained each one thoroughly. She put me on a skincare regimen that has done wonders for my acne. She uses her professional and medical judgement and explains exactly what she is doing and why she is doing it. She recognizes I want a subtle look and I feel like she truly listens to me. I trust her completely and highly recommend Dr. Arora.
