My wife bought me a gift certificate for a haircut hot face towel and a shoulder massage plus tip included and the stylist only did a trim cut on my hair. The haircut is fine but then she took the apron off of me and took me to the front to pay. She for got the coupon which showed everything else that I was supposed to get AND DIDN’T. How disappointing…..how disappointing that she expected me to beg for what was already paid for. She read the back of the coupon what my wife already paid for including the tip. I just had the worst experience with this Sports Clips! I had a scheduled appointment with Eunique. I arrived on time, checked in and was on top of the check in board and showed “in store” and after a 15 minute wait for my requested stylist Eunique, she moved right past me and took another customer in ahead of me. Now instead of being “on deck” my name was showing 35 wait. Super unprofessional and unacceptable! I stormed out and will not spend money at this location again! What a waste of my time. My kid hated haircuts but he has happily come to the SportsClips on Val Vista and Baseline two times with awesome results. They’re very accommodating to him being 7yrs old but without the price of the kids salons. I recommend it 100%. He even gets a hot towel like “a dad”. Lol

Asked for a gentleman cut and got a flat top. Asked that she only cut the top with scissors. My hair was about six inches and told her to cut only two, she cut my hair to two inches. We agreed to a low temple fade, bald with scissors on top and I got a Flatt top. She took me to the back to wash my hair after I told her it was wrong.. saying it looks better this way. She tried to comb my hair back and realized she cut it too short and high up my head. She put some volumizer to try and hide it. Takes me up front and charges me for the MVP for which we never discussed. I told her it was cut wrong she said follow me and washed my hair never informing me that it was an extra charge. Worst experience I’ve had by far. I told her think Pauly D from Jersey shore she gave me a military Flatt top. The First cut was a size three right up my side burn to the top of my head. No going back. Sad.
