Absolutely hands down the best place I’ve ever gotten a haircut! The atmosphere is very laid back and the staff was friendly as can be. The waiting area had comfortable seats and a giant tv so you had some entertainment while you waited. Alexis was my stylist and she did an amazing job. She definitely has a client for life with me. Staff is friendly, and the wait times can be lengthy if you do not plan ahead by checking in online. I recommend going during off-peak hours and checking waot time before heading over. The system will text you and let you know when your stylists is almost ready for you. That way you don’t have to spend your precious time waiting in store.

As a first time experience, I was treated to the VIP experience, with a haircut, head/shoulder massage and a hairwash all in one at a nice price. Service is excellent and Tanya did wonders explaining how it works and was flexible with my hair length preferences. It is a shame that a straight razor option was unavailable at the time I got the haircut; otherwise, it would have been the perfect experience at a great price.
