Never again!!!!! I trusted the reviews and fully regret it I asked for a simple CLEAN UP nothing more. I looked into the mirror with very very skin over threaded eyebrows and I cried because I’ve never been threaded so bad. The lady also wouldn’t let me have my card back until I showed her proof that the bank processed the $15 for the service. Never ever again!

I’ve gone here for awhile and the service is always really good! The prices are fair and the eyebrow threading doesn’t take long at all. I will definitely keep going here

It’s not as bad as other places I’ve been to. The pricing isn’t bad, the lady I’ve been going to these past couple of months has friendly service, and whenever I feel like she missed a spot I let her know and she has no problem fixing it. I like that when I go she lets me take a quick break because threading can hurt from the pressure of removing the follicle as close as you’re supposed to. After every thread, she always offers to put aloe vera or lotion. I like coming here than getting waxed because more facial waxing experiences has caused me to have burns.. BAD ones and horrible irritation because of my sensitive skin. Besides that, I can’t complain too much of their service.

Been coming here weekly for over 1 year. The ladies in the beginning were AWESOME! About 4 months ago the owner was here, the whole time she threaded me, it hurt, she was rough and missed a lot. She spent the whole time complaining about her employees and the fact that she actually has to work. Since then one young lady returned for about 3 weeks (I was happy) and then like all the others… now she’s gone. For the past 3 months (12 weeks) there has been atleast 5 different ladies in here and they ARE NOT GOOD! I have been sitting here for 30 minutes and the lady has yet to acknowledge myself or the young lady who entered just before me. No “hello, I will be with you shorty!…” nothing. She is just talking and caring on with the client in the chair. and she is taking FOREVER!!! My membership expires in 2 days. I WILL NOT BE BACK. This place and it’s service are seriously lacking. Ridiculous. So dissapointed. I would leave if I did not already have my session paid for.

Absolutely horrible. Went here because my usual place down the street was PACKED with people and this was the 2nd closest place to me. Never again! My eyebrows looked awful. Worse than when I went in. The girl literally made them sideways and uneven. It took less than 5 minutes because she just went ham on my eyebrows!! She did a sloppy job and when I asked her to fix them she wouldn’t. I definitely won’t be coming back to this place again. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

An Employee from this location recently visit Jamba Juice (across from this location) and turned in a ladies wallet which was at the same place where the owner left it at and it so happens that when this woman from Eyebrow Master left, the employees at JJ call the lady so that she would come and get her wallet; well her husband pass by, picked the wallet and when He checks its content, calls the JJ employee telling him that ALL the money was missing from the wallet … more like Three Hundred and some dollars!! So the JJ Manager checked on the “surveillance video” and Boom! caught on tape taking the money from the wallet closing it up and calling the JJ employee like pretending she just found it… Dishonest person working and steeling should be left out of job, simple and plain… there’s loyal and good workers out there other than this particular one… WATCH OUT FOR YOUR WALLET ! ! !
