Alex is the absolute best! He made sure I was happy with my nails he is the absolute best! My friend had another technician and was not happy with her end result. Alex stepped in and saved the day! I will be back to see Alex and only Alex! The pictures of are my finished nails and my friends halfway finished nails! We are both very pleased.

So my daughter and I decided to try this place because our usual place was booked up. I just really wasn’t impressed. It seems like they rushed us through. And like my nails turned out so much better than my daughter’s. Hers were chipping and breaking within a couple of days. But I just really felt like they rushed us through. And customer service was lacking. They just weren’t very polite. And we did have scheduled appointments, not just walk-ins. We’ll go back to our usual place from now on. And we really did want to like this place. My nails did turn out well and have held up well but like I said my daughter’s needed redone within just a couple of days.

I had an appointment and they got me right in, which was nice. The gentleman that did my nails didn’t let me go wash my hands, so my end results are lumpy and have little bumps throughout. I was so upset by how they treated me and my mom. I set up an appointment and had to wait almost 1.5 hours to be serviced and the technician that did my nails was lovely but the atmosphere was very get in and get out not take time and make sure you do a good job. My moms nails started chipping and braking two days after being serviced with a gel manicure and called and complained and they said that it was my fault not theirs that the nails didn’t last because we didn’t do dip nails and instead of redoing all of the nails they only filed the two nails that were messed up didn’t make them even and rushed through the job blaming and not taking responsibility for their lack of business management. Never going back there again

The first time i went The sign said open but no one was there with a line of people outside waiting. I went again recently to get my daughters nails done for prom. We both got a full set of nails the guy we had was fast and our nails looked great. Got to the register and was surprised by the cost spent 120 dollars on 2 sets of nails. Happy with who done our nails very unhappy with the cost

EVERY TIME I go here I wait at LEAST 40 minutes EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT! I keep telling myself that it’s going to be better the next time I go, but it’s not. Life is too short waiting that long for nails. Do yourself a favor and just drive to Montgomery. These people need more workers. Dip powder, Manicure, Pedicure, Gel manicures, Brazilian waxing

Passing through town and called to book a same day, afternoon appointment. Still had to wait almost half an hour after arrival. The atmosphere of the salon was very busy, tense, and not relaxing. 2 televisions playing different programs; loud chatter, stations/chairs very close together. The service of the pedicure was mediocre, but the tech was friendly. However, my tech got up after removing hot towels from my wet legs to go and do an eyebrow job in the middle of my service. Unbelievable. I ordered a $37 pedicure, but at checkout, same tech said my bill was $52.00! She said “the gel polish was $15.00 extra”. I was dumbfounded. I have never, ever paid extra for gel polish at any salon anywhere. I will not patronize this establishment again.

I went here because my normal people were out of town. The pedicure was good the woman that did it was very professional she kept making sure I was okay. The guy that did my nails was was to fast. He did not take his time at all. The nail art was RIDICULOUS! I went in with nails all I needed was a fill in and to be painted. I got charged $68 dollars just for my nails!! Not to mention the extra 30 to get them fixed at my normal place. So I do not recommend going here. I got ripped off. And rushed.
