Critical: QualityThis place use to be good, especially if you get the one who runs it!! But, the person that was my masseuse didn’t know what she was doing and if she did the massage didn’t show it. First, she didn’t know how to massage the muscle, she ran her hands over it didn’t know how to change pressure. For the hour massage she spent around 45 min on my back moving around to different spots but spent majority of time on left shoulder. Then quickly ran through the rest of the body in a rush. I’ve been to Jinny’s twice for a massage and although I want to support this small business, I have trouble with two things: 1) there is very little privacy. The “room” walls don’t go to the ceiling, and instead of a door, there is a curtain. So during a massage, there’s no total relaxation because you hear every customer interaction at the front desk, but worse, every other person getting a massage. And 2), both times I tipped, the (20%) tip was not accepted graciously; it was awkward and uncomfortable. I don’t like being in the position of feeling like I’m being asked for more. The prices are quite reasonable, but I’m not sure I’ll go back.
