I waited too long to book with my regular nail tech and needed an acrylic balance, so I decided to check this place out. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. Everyone was polite, but I certainly didn’t experience the welcoming atmosphere I was expecting from all the positive reviews. The nail tech barely made small talk and then went completely silent. My nails looked okay, not great, and began to chip and fade a little over a week later. For comparison, I typically go three weeks between balances and have not once dealt with chips or breaks. I appreciate that they got me in quickly and the price was great, but I won’t be back.

Today I went to Social Nail Bar and they took excellent care of me. I didn’t have an appointment but they were happy to fit me in for a pedi. Everyone was nice and friendly. Lauren did my pedi and she did an amazing job. This definitely is my new place for my pedi and dip services. Shout out to Eldre’ he made my experience wonderful with his attention to customer service.

Went to this place randomly for gel manicure as my forever manicure lady was not available. Guys if you charge for manicure – do it. Never had so much cuticles and unneeded skin left around my nails, and the gel coverage was bad. And the way how the tech was removing old gel is the totally unforgettable experience. I hope my nails will recover from it. It was a joke service for 60$( tips included). And no, I do not need a refund. Train people well before you hire them. Or test them what they can do!

I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Gel manicure already started lifting and peeling within 4 days on multiple nails. Pedicure has a bunch of tiny air bubbles, I think an old/thick top coat was used.

Great service today from start to end! I was very happy I was able to call this morning for an appointment on such short notice. The gentleman on the phone went above and beyond to get me in today since I am getting married next week. The atmosphere was very welcoming, fun, and clean. The tech that did my nails was amazing!
