Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe Salon is professional, clean, inviting and is centrally located in Southfield not far from the freeway. I love that I can book my services and appointment time online with a minimal deposit to reserve my time-slot. I have never had to wait more that 15minutes before being serviced. The owner/ lead stylist Brittany, is awesome and is very professional & personable. Although she works quickly she makes sure to educate you about the progress of your hair growth & how to maintain your style between visits. It’s good to have a stylist that doesn’t make you jump through hoops to make an appointment, that doesn’t have you in the salon all day, that is significantly educated in her field and that specializes in natural hair care as well as extensions/weaves. I have also met some amazing women and even a few business connections over the years in the salon. The Salon is professional, clean, inviting and is centrally located in Southfield not far from the freeway. I love that I can book my services and appointment time online with a minimal deposit to reserve my time-slot. I have never had to wait more that 15minutes before being serviced. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMy experience with SnatchGang was unfavorable. The head stylist/owner was unprofessional and cancelled my appt after I waited 1.5 hours to be serviced and pre-paid for two bundles of her hair two weeks prior. Her excuse was “she fit me in” and “just didn’t have time anymore. Before I made an argument she wanted me continue the purchase of her two bundles (that were extremely thin and not even packaged, just handed it to me out the back) and return next week. I actually was scheduled for mother/daughter pictures the next day so that was not going to work. To my surprise instead of addressing a client’s concern (who been going to Brittany of and on since middle school ) she blocked me on social media. If she can do that to a childhood client, I cannot imagine how she will treat new cliental. This review is my honest feedback and not meant to slander a black business woman however I felt the public should know my experience since I purchased hair and a sew-in package that was not cheap. My experience with SnatchGang was unfavorable. The head stylist/owner was unprofessional and cancelled my appt after I waited 1.5 hours to be serviced and pre-paid for two bundles of her hair two weeks prior. Her excuse was “she fit me in” and “just didn’t have time anymore. Before I made an argument she wanted me continue the purchase of her two bundles (that were extremely thin and not even packaged, just handed it to me out the back) and return next week.
