I wanted to love this salon. It’s pretty inside and I love the products they use. However, I tried two different hairstylists trying to achieve a brunette bayalage look. The first time it didn’t turn out and the stylist was super sweet and tried to fix it. Unfortunately, it still wasn’t what I wanted after she tried a second time so I just left it alone. The second time I gave this salon a try I made my appointment with a different hair stylist (Briana). To be fair, I arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment, but I did call and told them I was going to be running a few minutes late due to traffic and they told me it wouldn’t be a problem. When I arrived, the stylist was annoyed because she car said she had booked someone in between my color and I was putting her behind schedule. She then colored my hair after I showed her several pictures of what I wanted. I was VERY specific. She rushed through the entire color and haircut. I waited 3 days to wash my hair and wNo hen I washed my hair it seemed that all my color came out because the shower was completely red. Seems she had even rushed through my toner and not left it in long enough. The next few days I noticed my hair was not at all what I wanted and it had faded horribly so I called the salon several times for the next week asking to speak to Briana. I also sent her a message on Instagram. I NEVER received a call back or response from Briana and the girls up front were very rude to me several times. I was told I had to go in on a Friday morning that I had to work or if I couldn’t make it that day I would have to pay one of the other stylist to fix my hair. Till this day , I have yet to receive a call back from her and the owner offered me a partial refund. Terrible customer service and I was treated so rudely. Never again will I go back to this place.
