Not impressed. I don’t know the name of my stylist but she didn’t seem to have much experience. Shouldn’t have to ASK for a shampoo when they charge you for it. Got a chin waxing and didn’t pluck anything at all. Never gave me a mirror at any point to look.

I went in for a certain style of hair cut and was not given the hair cut I wanted. Plus, was charged for a hair cut and shampoo, there were absolutely zero products used in my hair. My hair was butchered. It looks horrible. It’s cut so short there is nothing I can do about it but let it grow out a couple of months and try to let another stylist fix what your stylist Jean did!! I am very unhappy that she butchered my hair so badly. No wonder she wouldn’t let me get a good loom at the back of my hair and kept moving the chair so I couldn’t see it!

I went yesterday to get my hair cut and the woman working was Anabel. I told her the length I wanted and after she was done what I could see was okay but then I get home and I look around in my mirror and I notice my hair isn’t the same length at all it looks like I have three or four places where she just snipped and didn’t measure anything out at all. I definitely will not let her cut my hair ever again.
