Tried to get my already short hair cut shorter and was going to be charged $47…? I’m not at all to good to get my hair cut at Walmart however, it’s not some high end salon.. I have paid $47 for a highlight and cut AND style. Absolutely not. They should be ashamed for charging that amount. On top of all that, the women working there have poor attitudes and it’s very apparent they’re not interested in helping people the way stylists should.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityHad a 2pm appointment to get eyebrows waxed. Waited at the counter for 8 minutes before anyone ever greeted me. Was told, we don’t do waxing, even though I’ve gotten waxing done several times before. Poor service. Yes I want to be contacted by management. Critical: ValueI took my daughter who is 4 to get a haircut, they asked if I wanted it blow dried and styled. I said sure. The girl came back and said it would be $60 plus tax. For a KIDS CUT? So I told them not to do it , just cut. I was told it would be $18 for a cut and $10 more for “Length” cut off, so $31 with tax. I had boxed dyed my hair (bad choice!!!!) and needed color correction ASAP. I was a walk-in and Marcus took care of me. He walked me through the process of correcting it and after dying then toning, my hair was back to a desired and healthy state.
