They offered a different date with no apology. I booked this appointment more than 3 weeks ago. I confirmed 2 days ago. The most unprofessional salon. I arrived on time for my 9am appointment with Maddie, only to be told there was a booking issue and she had someone else show up. I was seen by Casey who cared more about talking than actually doing my hair, what should’ve been a little over half an hour turned into an hour and some change yet my hair still didn’t come out looking good. The bangs are choppy, there’s parts that should’ve been cut that aren’t, it looks as if I let my little sister practice on me.
