Excellent Experience! My hair was getting to be kind of ‘blah’ so I called around to a few salons in the area and everyone was so rude on the phone. I finally was greeted with a sweet, friendly voice at Scruples & Nails. I gave my stylist, Phuong, freedom to give my hair a new look and she did a great job!The salon decor is very trendy and the atmosphere is great. Liked their products too. An attractive salon, and comfortable.
