Never going here again, I asked for a trim and my sides cut. Keep in mind my hair was semi-long, i asked for it to be at my eyebrows so i can style it. She cut it a whole inch above it and tried to “blend” the sides after me telling her its good and that she should work on my sides but i had to get a recut on the sides because she didnt do a good job

Now I fully understand why most places right now may be closed due to lack of staffing. Or even change the hours due to scheduling issues. I was able to check in online. Said 0 minute wait but wanted to just give a heads-up that I was less than 5 minutes away. I have two kids but only one needing a hair cut. I carried my baby, her diaper bag, blanket and toys whole holding my other child’s hand to the door. It is locked. I see the sign it says Monday they close at 7pm. It is 6:01pm. There are 3 employees inside just staring at me. Then one finally mouths we’re closed. So I don’t understand that. You let me check in so you can see it in your system. You have my number but don’t call to say we are closed. I still get everything packed up, drive there, carry everything to the door to be mouthed you are closed. There are employees and the sign says 7. I don’t know why I bother to complain but I just want to warn other parents to go elsewhere. It is such a hassle to get the kids all packed up, loaded in the car, get out of the car while walking through cold wet puddles to go back to the car with nothing. Great Clips is fine but this location is no longer on my go to list.
