Dr. Hicks is amazing. I did not know what to expect as I was unsure of the process involved with my procedure before my consultation. After hearing several amazing testimonies from patients he has treated, and through many local recommendations, I drove 3 hours from Memphis TN to see Dr. Hicks. When I arrived for the first time, I was greeted at the front door by the receptionist who was very professional and welcoming. I was VERY nervous, but after meeting Dr. Hicks and the nurse Marissa, they relieved all of my stress and anxiety that I had built up for months beforehand. Their sense of humor had me smiling and laughing during one of the more stressful times in my life. Never saw that coming. Dr. Hicks explained the process to me and reassured me that I had no cause for concern. I immediately felt relief before the procedure even began. I could not have been any more satisfied than I am now. I cannot praise them enough. I hope he sees this review, it is the least I can do to show my gratitude. Dr. Hicks, thank you for your dedication and your professionalism. Thank you!!!!!!

We are first time new patients. One receptionist was not welcoming or friendly. The receptionist w/ glasses made up for it by being very friendly. All others were great. This is my reason for a 4 star. Perhaps something in the one person’s personal life was interfering with good customer service?
