This place is the worst I ever been too! The guy that did my pedicure was ok, the lady that started working on my hand was rude, disrespectful and started yelling at me for simply asking her to file my nails more (after she added acrylic and I specifically told her I do not like acrylic on my hands I just wanted a deep powder with gel manicure that is it) I was trying to be nice until the last min, I paid for the service mid way (didn’t finish my nail, and offered her tips too) she threw the tips at me and said I no want nothing from you. When I asked for a manager she said we don’t have a manger or a boss. I walked out in shock, I have never experienced this kind of disrespect ever before in my life.

I have been going here for years. Today I went there with my 6 year old daughter for mani/pedi. We waited over an hour. Then lady put us back in pedi station. We sat another 20 mins. No one came. People came in and out and I saw some where walk ins/some appt. A lady finally comes over then leaves 5 mins later. Finally after almost 2 hours we left. They saw us leaving just gave us looks. No one said anything. So rude! I can tell walk ins were people they knew so they just took them. Guess they don’t remember all the money I spent over the years. I’ll never go back! Not an apology or nothing.

Critical: Quality, ValueTerrible terrible experience I went to some guy in booth 10# he was so rude. I take much pride in getting my nails done those are my natural nails he rushed! He couldn’t get the lines straight he was slamming things. I walked out after paying and tipping! My nails are crooked there is gel on half of them I am highly upset and dissatisfied with the way these came out !! I used to come here with my mom for many years and than I stopped when the quality changed. I’m so sad to know I took another shot at them for them to look like this. Terrible terrible experience I went to some guy in booth 10# he was so rude. I take much pride in getting my nails done those are my natural nails he rushed! Nice place. I always try to make my appointments during my lunch break. They usually do a great job and are friendly. I have gone twice when they didn’t do such a great job on my nails. I felt as though the job was rushed. For the most part I am please when I come here and I will continue to do so.
