Bought the one year package, overall fairly good experience. The manager Amanda is fabulous, super welcoming and helpful and she did the absolute best treatment on me in the entirety of the 12 months. She really took the time to get each area and was not rushing through like some of the other techs. She also used a different laser on me which yielded the best results I had to date, and that was on month 10. I was only frustrated that it hadn’t been used before when I wasn’t really getting much result prior and then when I asked the next tech to use that one apparently only certain people are trained on it. Beyond that, the techs have always been super nice, although the turnover seems to be high so you likely won’t get the same person more than once or twice. The yearly package is very affordable for laser. My biggest issue is the scheduling process. First they’re always super booked out, so if you have to reschedule good luck. Amanda is very good about the cancellation list though and will call if there is an opening. The office does not have a direct number so you have to call corporate and you’re often on hold for up to an hour just to schedule/reschedule. They really need a direct office number or a website to schedule on, that was the absolute most frustrating part of using simplicity.

Highly recommend getting laser hair removal done here! Ryann was my laser technician and made the experience the best I have ever had! Been coming here for a couple of months and she made me feel so comfortable and I noticed she has been the most thorough out of All the other technicians! She recommended some products for me to use since I am prone to ingrown hairs and razor burns. She was very knowledgeable when she explained the purpose of each product and why it was beneficial. She made sure to write them down for me as well! I always have a good experience here and all of the staff is very welcoming and makes me feel like we are friends. Definitely recommend the chandler location for laser simplicity

Would definitely recommend Jennifer for laser hair removal! I’ve been going to her for a while now and I love that she is so fun to talk to and down to earth and makes me feel so comfortable during the services. She fully explains any annoying question I ask her. Also everyone I speak to at the salon are so nice! The packages are worth it since I come every month and it makes sure that I’m on time for the treatments to work how they’re supposed to. The services at simplicity laser are really effective and helpful with razor bumps, ingrown hairs, irritation, and overall confidence, especially with the amazing prices and promotions they have, it’s helped me so much. I got a full body yearlong membership. The woman on the phone told me how often I could get each area and I wrote it down. It seemed worth it based on how many treatments I’d be getting. When I went in, they made me schedule less often than the salesperson said, so I was not able to get as many treatments as I thought. When you do go for appointments, you can tell that it’s more like a factory than a spa. Get you in, get you out. The technicians seem to be entry level staff who aren’t well trained in the nuances of the treatments. For example, in an entire year, not one person ever asked me or taught me about “active surge.” When the technician asked how it was feeling, that’s all they ever asked. So for several treatments, I didn’t feel anything so I said “fine” and the just said ok and kept going. Only after expressing that after months of treatments, I wasn’t seeing any results, did they realize to adjust the laser to where I actual felt something. They need to be trained to ask meaningful questions and explain the significance not just “how does it feel?” They are working for tips, and maybe they prefer to just keep the laser really low to get more tips and don’t care about your final result? Or maybe it’s just the speed that they’re expected to maintain? For the reasons above, I had very little meaningful result after going for a whole year. I can’t identify a single area where it made any difference in my life…maybe I wasn’t a suitable candidate but apparently they no longer do “consultations”-just ask you to evaluate yourself and then show up shaved so they have no idea the qualities of your hair. Disappointing. And I still have no idea if it’s because I’m not a good candidate or they didn’t use the best settings or I wasn’t scheduling during my “active surge”???
