I got a 50 min lomilomi massage and came early to get changed in their robe and slippers. I used their lockers and then waited in the waiting area for my masseuse to come get me.

I had a couples lomilomi massage with my husband. Our masseuses were Warren and Ariana and I cannot say enough about the whole experience. They were professionals, the techniques and oils used were so nice and unique. It was so wonderful. I had tension dissolve in places I didn’t know I was carrying stress. Warren had done techniques I’d never experienced before and it felt amazing and he and Ariana worked great together in the room. It was my husband’s first massage and he thought it was amazing. I was notified multiple times the women’s steam room was down so it was a pleasant surprise when it was working. Most other amenities were on par with other four seasons spas. Also a huge shout out to how wonderful the spa music was. I’ve been to so many spas that have had terrible music and it makes it tough to relax. I will be back.

My husband and I came to have a nice spa day celebrating our anniversary. I had high expectations since this is a Four Seasons Hotel. I’d say it was a mediocre massage at best. First off, it was very disappointing that the womens steam shower was closed. I feel they should have made up for that in another way, considering they don’t offer much besides a locker room and regular shower. The massage thermos had was nice but the whole experience felt rushed and not as relaxing as I had hoped. To me, it definitely wasn’t worth the expense. I’ve had a much better massage for half the price. While I’d love to stay at the Four Seasons next time we visit, I would definitely skip the spa.

Not a lot of spa amenities/relaxation/hydrotherapy for a resort this size. The therapist seemed uninterested in my massage, it seemed he was just going through the motions but not putting a lot of intention into it (even with more or less pressure). I spoke to other guests who had a good spa experience, so maybe mine was an anomaly.

The beach view couples massage was an experience unlike any other. The service we experienced was exceptional from the moment we arrived to when we left and the treatments were luxurious.

My first experience at a four seasons spa and it was amazing. I will always go to a four seasons spa if I have the opportunity at every vacation now, you’ve made me a loyal customer!

Got a huge allergic reaction after the body massage… I do not have any allergy nor never had a skin allergic reaction in my life. We stayed at Four Seasons for our honeymoon and always wanted to do a hotel couple massage and the spa here had Hawaiian special massage treatment, so I was very excited to try. It turned out, Hawaiian massage is way too mild that even I had to tell the massager to do more stronger. (I usually can’t handle body massage/pain well so I always do most less strong less painful massage, but this one felt like a baby rubbing my body skin.. Of course my husband who is super numb in pain later told me he did not feel anything lol) But all the staff there was super kind, interior and the amenities they had (they had separate locker, give you makeup remover, can take shower after if wanted etc.) was great. They gave us a snack and water after the treatment which was also nice too. We did 50min session and honestly it was not 50mins. They don’t do 50min massage non-stop, I would say it was more like ~40min massage for the most. They do something, probably preparing? in between massages and let us just lay down and wait for them, but finish right after 50min from starting time. When they said they are done, I was super surprised because I did feel it very short and felt like nothing really happened.. And like I said in the beginning, I got super bad allergic reaction after the treatment. I even went back to spa to tell them what happened to my skin after, they gave me hydrocortisone and told me to take Benadryl then it should go down. I used the orange scent oil, not sure why this happened, maybe the oil did not work well with my skin or oil itself was bad? I do have a sensitive skin but…thinking they should use non-allergic/good product that should not react to anybody, this is very unfortunate. After spending over $500 for couples massage and getting this reaction was definitely not what I expected… Still giving 3 starts because I really liked people there and their services, but would never go back. *The picture is taken after 9days of treatment. Reaction started about a day after spa and still lasting, was much worse rashes, red and swollen, but fortunately starting to get better…

Really disappointed the main spa was shut down. That’s what made it so great in the past. I can’t justify the $200 facial price without it.
