I regret to report that this is, without a doubt, the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. I was attended to by the owner who was unpleasant and whose work was poor at best (nails far too short, rough, and inconsistently filed- polish work uneven and sloppy). I’m not one to complain, but I will absolutely have to re-do them myself. He rushed out the door before I left, and another employee offered to fix them, but I declined. I do not think it’s fair to ask someone else to suffer because of someone else’s negligence- especially the owner’s. I’d be willing to bet he wouldn’t accept this level of quality from his employees, but he certainly is setting a bad example.

This place was recommended to me. Will not go back. No attention to detail. Had to get a couple toes fixed because care was not taken when putting on the polish. For the price there are other, cleaner places that will take care of you for less! Do not recommend this salon at all.

I have been a client here for many years and I wasn’t so pleased this visit. First, the television being on is annoying to me, especially when it is tuned to the news. So much for relaxation. How about some background music? How about a little conversation (in English) with your customers, or quiet if not desired? The “old man” (I’ve never been introduced to him, nor has he ever introduced himself to me) is a total grump. He obviously only works with customers when it’s absolutely necessary and he has the personality of a toad. On top of it, he doesn’t do a great job, in my opinion. The place and my visit this time, overall, were pretty much a downer. All the way to bidding thanks to thin air, as I was leaving, and getting no response from ANYONE. Sorry, Chin, I probably won’t be back. There are lots of other options. Thanks for your service in the past.

I don’t treat myself on a regular basis but did have mani and pedi done before wedding. I went back to Serenity nails 2-3 months later and they actually remembered me and asked about the wedding!

I got a staph infection in my feet after a pedicure from this place and almost died. My feet swelled so big they looked like red flippers before I fainted and went to hospital. I was hospitalized for over a week and my lymphatic system is permanently damaged. If I’m on my feet for long periods of time, fluid swells in my feet. Have to wear compression stockings and I’m only 32.
