do not go here!!!! I have had these nails for about 4 days and this is what the sms looks like. I had to go back immediately after leaving because one chipped as I got in the car and there words was “ oh my god what did you do”. I’ve been here before and told my self not to go back in but I was in a pinch and thought maybe they had changed. Not only was my fingers horrible they butchered my toes, and as the old guy was doing them I kept saying ow it hurt and he just looked at me as I was in the wrong. The female manager also did my moms nails wrong as she told them she was. The old lady giving pedicures though was amazing and should be working somewhere else

UPDATE: I returned to and asked for a refund. After having to argue for 10 minutes they agreed to give me a refund if they could take them off. (Which was fine because I was going to pay another shop to take them off and re do them)

Had an excellent experience here. There were a few people in front of me, but the wait did not seem excessively long. I really appreciate that the staff takes their time with each customer and gives excellent service without rushing, even with a wait. The staff was very nice and patient, they even finished my manicure in the pedicure chair so I would have more time to let my feet soak. My manicure and pedicure came out excellent. Would highly recommend.

Critical: CleanlinessUgh. First of all, I got a pedicure and gel manicure the day before Mothers day. They were busy all day which is understandable and expected. But I don’t feel they cleaned very well because I ended up with a plantars wart on my foot after. Honestly I should’ve known just by looking around that it wasn’t very clean. I’ve been to the doctor for two liquid nitrogen treatments since. It was sooo not worth it. My nails looked okay. I was cut twice during the removal of my finger nail cuticles. Today was the 1st day ive ever been here and the guy who did mine was amazing my pedicure was on point, filed, clipped no skin or callous left and my nails were straight and it was legit the best leg and foot massage for just a basic pedicure I ever received! I highly recommend checking them out for pedicures! My toes look great too! Definitely 5 star pedi material!

I love that they are open on Sunday and I love that the prices are low. The quality of the service you get depends on who works on you. Literally just got home from having a pedicure. There’s polish on my cuticles and the bottom of my feet now have big places of skin peeling – they were dry but not peeling when I went there.

My daughter’s and I normally do not go here so we thought we’d give it a try. We both got SNS with extensions. Less than a week later I had all my nails pop off like press on nails and my daughter’s cracked. 1st and last time I will be going here. VSpa down the street is 100% better. Don’t waste your time or money at Serenity Nails.
