Wow! I’ve been coming here for many years on and off. Have brought family and girlfriends here. Off usually after bad experiences..and today is the WORST experience ever! I usually walk out feeling like a million bucks, even when I had the so-so experiences…but today I feel like crying and screaming. I am still in severe pain half an hour later and my skin is only now starting to calm down from the burning sensation. I have a high pain tolerance (3 natural labors, several broken bones…) I can contain myself fairly well and when I said the wax was hot and I REALLY needed to breathe through it-literally kept myself from yelping. Kira told me I have sensitive skin and she “cooled it down right away“ so it shouldn’t be so hot-well it was!!! It was hot the entire time. All of it. That one strip was just Super hot! I couldn’t relax the entire time! I wanted off the table! It’s not my first time-I know what hot wax feels like. I can tolerate it. But burning hot-ouch!!! Not sure if she was having a bad morning?! Not awake yet?! But if I need to finish my wax at home after I get the Brazilian done in 15 minutes claiming it usually takes her the full 45…so much for attention to your client. Definitely not coming back to see her. I can be respectful and than you for your time, sorry if it was your bad day-but I don’t deserve to hurt from it while needing to finish little bits at home after paying you for the service.
