LOVE Sassy Nails – Cindy and Victor are amazing!!! Been a loyal customer for years – always made to feel like family when I enter the doors! Even when she’s short staffed, the chatter among clients and staff is so warm and welcoming – makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. I took my niece for nails for our first visit to Sassy’s Nails. Today is her 12th birthday! Cindy was our nail technician and she was great! My niece was very pleased with her nails. Price was great too! If you’re looking for a new nail salon give Sassy’s nails a try.

I use to go to Sassy’s all the time but in the last few years when I’ve gone there were only two technicians. I decided to go back today because Cindi does a wonderful job. Again, just two technicians but decided to wait. The two technicians each had a customer but I would be next. Waited for 35 minutes which isn’t ideal but I had no problem. Cindi did my pedi first but when I got down I messed up two of my toes. Those seats are not for someone with back and leg issues. Not their fault but when I messed up two of my toes she wasn’t nice at all, she was saying I didn’t walk right now she had to fix and in the future I need to do gel. I told her I didn’t like gel on my toes and she said gel would solve this problem. I almost walked out but I have a wedding this week and needed this done. There were now 3 people waiting for pedi’s, when she fixed my toes she said don’t move and I said to her she needed to stop yelling at me. The salon had five people in it and she wasn’t nice me. I didn’t mean to mess up my two toes. I’ve had many pedi’s and this was a first. I was fighting back tears, never have I been treated like this. Yes, I understand she’s short handed but this is no way to treat a customer. You don’t treat customers this way. I won’t be back.
