Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent here with a friend on a Sunday afternoon because it was the only nail place that wasn’t closed on Sundays. They had an open sign on their door and so we walked in and were the only two there. one of the workers asked how we knew that they were open and we said that there was a sign on the door that said open. the lady reluctantly agreed to do our nails but when she was doing mine she didn’t even treat my cuticles before doing my nails. me and my friend both had short nails and it took an unreasonable amount of time. Went here with a friend on a Sunday afternoon because it was the only nail place that wasn’t closed on Sundays. They had an open sign on their door and so we walked in and were the only two there. one of the workers asked how we knew that they were open and we said that there was a sign on the door that said open. the lady reluctantly agreed to do our nails but when she was doing mine she didn’t even treat my cuticles before doing my nails. me and my friend both had short nails and it took an unreasonable amount of time. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI walked in with 3 friends all of us wanting to get a full set. We knew that it would take a decent amount of time to get all of us done, but we were the only 3 in there. my first friend got her nails finished first, and the lady told me she would get started on me next. she proceeded to go to my other friend and spend 30 minutes on her nail art, meanwhile i had not even been touched. i sat there for 2 hours, and both of my friends were done. not to mention, another lady without an appointment walked in to get her gel redone, and they proceeded to start on her and finish her before they got to me. when she finally came up to me after everyone was done, i told her nevermind and that i wasn’t getting them done. she said are you sure and i said yes, and told her that i was expected to at least be started on by now. she also called my friend “big”, not sure if she thought it was funny. very unprofessional. i will not be going back.Services: Nail art, ManicureI walked in with 3 friends all of us wanting to get a full set. I went to Creative Nails twice for pedicures. The first time, the operator cut too deeply into my cuticle, and my toe was sore for about a week. The second time, the operator was not ready for me at my scheduled appointment time. A half hour later, she still was not ready for me. I left and made an appointment at a salon down the street. With several nice salons in our area, I will not need to return to Creative Nails.

Positive: QualitySuper nice people and do fabulous work but the whole place is just filthy. Needs a cleaning lady or someone to scrubb the place. The lobby is just nasty.Service: Acrylic nails
