Salon Twenty-One

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBrooke has been doing my hair for about a year now, I’ve been going to her every 6 weeks or so. I was really nervous going to a new Salon yesterday but my stylist moved to this salon recently. Most girls know, when you find a good stylist you will follow them!!!Yesterday I got to meet the whole staff and everyone was WONDERFUL, (They hired Brooke so I already knew they had really good taste in stylists)! I have struggled with a lot of personal issues lately and put my hair care on the back burner. My hair was in horrible condition. My hair is really long and think so it’s not the easiest to deal with sometimes. They never once judged and Brooke was very understanding. She went ABOVE and BEYOND for me! It felt so good to be sitting there instead of embarrassed. I was impressed with ALL the stylists! Jennifer (the owner) obviously cares so much about her salon, her clients, and her employees. Monica (the other stylist) was also extremely nice. Can’t say enough great things about them!They are a new salon and it can be scary going somewhere new but DO IT!!!
