After waiting for an hour because they only had one girl working, my eyebrows were shaped completely different. I tried pointing it out, but I kept being told they are shaped the same. The experience wasn’t pleasant. The girl shaping my eyebrows had really bad breath and would blow her whole breath into my face. I have been to 2 other Hollywood Beauty’s many times over the last 3 years and had great experiences. i tried to use my loyalty card and she didn’t want to sign it because that one store keeps a loyalty system on their ipad. It was way to much effort for bad looking eyebrows.
